Break sequence problem with RAS2000

Howdy.  Run into a bit of a problem.

I have two Computone RAS2000 64-port terminal servers providing console
and EMP power control to a mess of Linux boxen.  Both terminal servers can
send a serial break from a Telnet session with a ^] and send brk.

One of 'em will send a break from a Console session with ^ecl1, but the
other just sends garbage.  ^ecl2 and ^ecl3 don't work either.

Any ideas?

Also, anyone been able to make break work on a Perle CS9024?
