Further break-sequence weirdness

So I've got a couple Computone RAS2000 terminal servers (Term00, Term01)
connecting Conserver to a bunch'a Linux boxen.

I have Conserver v7.2.1 installed on the server (Build) and on another box
(Octopus).  Both boxes run Red Hat Linux 7.1 and Conserver was installed
from the same RPM.

When I run the console client on Build, I can use ^Ecl1 to send a break to
boxes on Term00, but not Term01.

When I run the console client on Octopus, connecting to Build, I can use
^Ecl1 to send a break to boxes on Term01, but not Term00.

Weird, huh?
